MEET DR. RECKER
Dr. Douglas A. Recker is a 2000 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition during his undergraduate studies. He has been a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and the Cincinnati Dental Society.
Dr. Recker has served on mission trips to Jamaica to provide dental care. He also sponsors and volunteers for multiple charity events in Cincinnati. He is a Christian whose life motto is “Show concern for others before yourself, and love all, simply by serving their needs.”
Dr. Recker has been recognized numerous years as one of “America’s Top Dentists.” He has been honored for his experience and achievement in continuing dental education and excellence in dentistry. This prestigious award was given by the Consumer’s Research Council of America.
He has advanced dental training consisting of classes with world-renowned dentists at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Florida, and the Spear Institute in Arizona. He has learned multiple new techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, which he utilizes in his practice.
Dr. Recker is from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is married to his wife Jill and has six wonderful children, two of which they adopted. He is a graduate of Roger Bacon high school. His family’s business Recker and Boerger has been a part of Cincinnati for over 50 years. Dr. Recker enjoys spending time with his wife and children, sports and outdoor activities. He has completed multiple marathons and 2 Ironman triathlons.
