Dear Patients and Families,
We are resuming our regular patient hours at Recker Dental on Monday, May 18th at 8am. While many things have changed, one thing has been constant, our appreciation for all of our patients and a commitment to your safety.
Our office will be following the infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We are continuing to follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.
Here are the changes we’ve made to protect our patients and the team.
Scheduling An Appointment
Please call 513-742-4200 to make an appointment. The office is open for emergency and elective dental care. We will communicate your appointment details prior to your visit by phone, text or email.
Pre-Appointment Screening
Screening questions MUST be answered prior to your appointment and will be asked again at arrival. Please complete the screening form to the right 2 days prior to your appointment. This screening will focus on whether you’ve had any COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, or been in contact with anyone with COVID-19.
Day of Dental Appointment
All patients should come alone to their appointments unless they are undergoing sedation or are accompanying a minor. When you arrive at our office, check-in from your car by calling 513-742-4200. You will be asked the same screening questions. You will then receive a call when it is time to enter for your appointment. Upon entering our office, your temperature will be taken. Only the patient will be allowed in the operatory. ONE parent or guardian can wait in the waiting room while practicing social distancing.
Other Things You Should Know
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. The common bathroom will be open for emergency use ONLY. Appointments will be scheduled to allow for social distancing between patients.
After Your Dental Appointment
If you feel any COVID-19 symptoms or you have a COVID-19 diagnosis within 14 days of your appointment, please call us at 513-742-4200 to let us know.
NOTE: Beginning Tuesday May 12 at 8 am through Friday May 15th 1pm, the office will be open for administrative purposes and appointment scheduling. We appreciate your patience in this process.
Sincerely,
Dr. Recker, Cynthia, Holly and Julie.
