Nancy is an experienced dental hygienist who currently works on Thursdays, continuing to support her team and help patients maintain their oral health. She values being part of a collaborative and caring work environment. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, gardening, and making the most of her free time outdoors.
Olivia is a compassionate and dedicated dental assistant known for creating a welcoming, stress-free environment for every patient. With a warm and friendly demeanor, she brings both professionalism and heart to the dental office, always striving to make patients feel at ease. Family-oriented at heart, Olivia values strong personal connections and treats each patient with the same care and respect she would offer loved ones. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, caring for animals, and unwinding to favorite tunes—music is a daily part of her life. Whether assisting in the operatory or sharing a friendly conversation in the waiting room, Olivia is committed to making every dental visit a positive experience.
Lacie is a dedicated dental hygienist who has been practicing since 2008 and has been part of Dr. Recker’s team since 2020. She is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health and values the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and collaborative team. Outside of the office, she is a devoted wife and mother of young children. She enjoys traveling to visit family in North Carolina and is actively involved in her church community.
Becki joined the team in March of 2024 as our Front Office Administrator. She has over 15 years of front office experience with a background in oral surgery. Beyond her professional experience, Becki enjoys visiting parks and farm markets, and spending time with her husband, Brett, and their daughter, Lydia.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Recker has cared for his community with a focus on trust, compassion, and meaningful connection. As the founder of Relationship Dentistry, he believes the best care begins with listening and building the kind of relationships that help patients feel understood and supported. He considers it a privilege to care for individuals and families through every stage of life.
At home, Dr. Recker is a devoted husband to his wife Jill and a proud father of seven children, three of whom joined their family through adoption. His faith in Jesus Christ guides his life and work. He finds joy in cheering on his kids, staying active through cycling and running, and being present for the moments that matter most.
